Austin is a founder and Managing Partner at PMG Development and Cherry Creek Builders.  He has had a strong passion for the real estate industry, particularly development since a young age.

He has experience in accounting, finance, project management and developing and maintaining relationships with clients. With over 8 years of project management experience Austin has worked on an array of projects with a net development and construction value of $350M+.

Austin attended Northern Michigan University, where he graduated with a double major in Accounting and Finance while playing for the DI Wildcat’s Hockey Team.

Danny is the Broker Owner of PMG Realty and Partner for PMG Development and he brings extensive experience in real estate, technology, finance, construction and developing and fostering long lasting partnerships.  He is passionate about understanding his clients’ strategic objectives and facilitating their goals in an efficient and cost-effective way. 

With over 15 years of experience in Account Development, Real Estate Brokerage and Business Development he is able to leverage his communication, finance and negotiating skills to represent his clients in every facet of the real estate, development and capital resourcing process.

Danny double majored in Economics and Business Finance at Metropolitan State University where he played on the Roadrunners Hockey Team.

Danny volunteers his time and is on the Board for Global Orphan Prevention and is also the President of the Smoky Hill Homeowners Association.

As a project manager for PMG Development, Vanessa brings an acute ability to execute projects efficiently and effectively with timely response, communication and a clear understanding of project goals and timelines. 

Vanessa's experience with real estate, property management, accounting and land development managing a portfolio of residential and commercial properties has given her a unique perspective into understanding our client end-goals. 

Having earned her Bachelors and Masters Degrees from Northern Michigan University provided Vanessa the ability to learn about, expand on and explore new and emerging businesses in a variety of sectors and industries.

Corey is the Senior Project Manager for PMG Development and assists in managing our construction and development projects in Denver, Aurora, Breckenridge, Tabernash and Fraser, CO.

Shannon was born and raised in Salina, KS and knew that Colorado would eventually be the place she called home. After graduating from Kansas State University, she started her career in real estate in Manhattan, Kansas. After 3 years, Shannon decided to broaden her horizons to see what else the world offered, and made the move to Denver, Colorado.

Shannon has loved helping her clients buy and sell their homes throughout the Denver Metro Area and understands this a huge life experience. She takes pride in guiding her clients throughout the entire process so that they fully understand each step all the way to the closing table. Shannon hopes to not only work with you as a client, but to form long-lasting friendships for years to come.

Shannon currently resides in Castle Rock with her husband, Brad, and their three fur babies, Duke, Charley, & Bronx. When not working she enjoys snowboarding, paddleboarding, yoga, and exploring parts the great state of Colorado with friends and family.
