Shannon Hoggatt
Shannon was born and raised in Salina, KS, and knew that Colorado would eventually be the place she called home. After graduating from Kansas State University, she started her career in real estate in Manhattan, Kansas. After 3 years, Shannon decided to broaden her horizons to see what else the world offered and made the move to Denver, Colorado.
Shannon has loved helping her clients buy and sell their homes throughout the Denver Metro Area and understands this a huge life experience. She takes pride in guiding her clients throughout the entire process so that they fully understand each step all the way to the closing table. Shannon hopes to not only work with you as a client, but to form long-lasting friendships for years to come.
Shannon currently resides in Castle Rock with her husband, Brad, and their three fur babies, Duke, Charley, and Bronx. When not working, she enjoys snowboarding, paddleboarding, yoga, and exploring parts of the great state of Colorado with friends and family.
