Danny Pomirchy
Danny brings over 15 years of experience across real estate, development, banking, finance, software, and marketing. He has closed more than $100M in real estate transactions and previously managed a $650M annual client portfolio. Known for his aggressive negotiation skills, meticulous attention to detail, and thorough execution, Danny is committed to a clients-for-life approach—building long-term relationships grounded in trust and results.
As a Colorado real estate expert, he owns and operates in the Metro Denver Area, Summit County, Grand County, and Colorado Springs, working closely with local teams. He leads PMG Realty and is a partner at PMG Development, specializing in residential, multi-family, and commercial ground-up projects, brokerage, and investment analysis.
Danny studied accounting, economics, and finance at MSU Denver, where he also played for the Division II Roadrunners hockey team. He serves as a board member for Global Orphan Prevention and is the current president of two homeowners' associations.
